Peppercorn Food Company started manufacturing three
types of sausages from the back of a butcher's shop
ten years ago to meet the Heart Foundation Tick's strict
nutrition guidelines.

Today we have our own factory in Artarmon and make
nine products, all with the Heart Foundation Tick of approval
and all gluten free.

The company has gone from supplying one Woolworths at Neutral Bay to supplying about one hundred and fifty Woolworths stores in NSW, ACT and QLD.
