Peppercorn Food Company started manufacturing three types of sausages from the back of a butcher’s shop ten years ago to meet the Heart Foundation Tick's strict nutrition guidelines.

Today, from our Sydney factory, we make nine products, all with the National Heart Foundation Tick of approval and all of which are Gluten Free
