BBQ Beef on Lemongrass Skewers

- 500g Peppercorn Extra Lean Beef Burgers (broken up into mince)
- 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
- 6 -8 lemongrass stalks
- Stir-fried Asian greens
1 – Fold lightly beaten egg whites into the mince.
2 – Divide into 6-8 portions and refrigerate for an hour or two.
3 – Remove from fridge and press around lemongrass stalks, reshaping into oblong patties.
4 – Barbeque skewers for a few minutes either side until cooked through.
5 – Serve straight away with salad or stir-fried Asian greens.
