Beef Burger & Tabouli Wraps
20 mins | Serves 4-6
ingredients
- 6 Peppercorn Extra Lean Beef Burgers
- 6 metal or bamboo skewers
- 6 x 12cm round wraps
- Olive oil cooking spray
- 30g (2 cups) rocket leaves
- 125g tabouli
- 2 carrots coarsely grated
- 140g (½ cup) tzatziki
PREPARATION
1 – Preheat grill to medium.
2 – Divide each burger in 3 pieces, work into a sausage
shape.
3 – Thread 3 pieces onto each skewer.
4 – Spray with cooking oil, flatten slightly and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
5 – Layer each wrap with rocket leaves, tabouli and carrot.
6 – Top each wrap with 3 burger pieces and finish with a scoop of tzatziki.
